"I have been a State Farm customer for over 35 years, and specifically a customer of Isaiah Whitaker's office for 10 or more of those. While I have always received good service over the years, I recently worked closely with Allison Whitaker which involved complex scenarios of prior year claim check reissues, fully describing in detail insurance and scenarios that were the most cost effective for my stage in life. Specifically the topics included the Drive Safe discounts application and recent changes, nuances of uninsured motorist protection, multi-car discounts and how to use the 'garage mode' option when traveling. Nowadays, it is VERY hard if not impossible to have a live interaction with a local human expert that has the ability to answer variety of questions across several topics without having to do research. Alison and this office truly show an exceptional level of customer service which is so rare these days."

"Stop contacting me! I had a policy with them years ago, then I sold my car and moved across the country. No matter how many times I tell them that, they keep calling, emailing, and texting me. It has been years of this! I finally had to block them on my phone and email. I tried to avoid doing that because I knew their info would be more likely to be flagged as spam for other outreach, but oh well."

"After several years with this office I finally severed ties. There was not a single experience dealing with their staff where I felt heard or understood. I finally left when they told me I couldn’t get a rate lower than $350.00. I went to another State Farm office & was immediately offered a rate of $123. It was incompetent staff & employees.
